For visa purposes, we will need you to provide us with the following documents at least two months prior to the conference start date.

• A copy of your passport (personal info page)
• An official (passport type) photo of you
• Your CV (in English)

** The first two documents must be in JPEG or JPG format with a good quality, and the CV in pdf format.
