Submission of papers by respected authors should only be done through the conference website. Papers submitted in any other way will not be placed on the agenda of the Secretariat.

No. Registration Fee payment is not required when submitting the paper. The payment is required only after a paper is accepted.
4. How is the payment in the conference website?
Payment could be made online through the conference website after selecting the “pay the fees” in the account of each author and through a valid bank portal.
